2013년 ICA 연례회의가 11월 23일 ~ 24일 벨기에 브리셀에서 "Accountability, Transparency and Access to Information"라는 주제로 진행됩니다. 협회에서는 본 연례회의 참석을 검토 중에 있습니다.

Invitation to the First ICA Annual Conference, Brussels, 23-24 November 2013.
 
It is with great pleasure that I send you a formal invitation to attend the First ICA Annual Conference,which will take place in Brussels (Belgium) on 23 and 24 November 2013 at the Square Conference Centre and the ICA General Assembly on Saturday 23 November at the Square Conference Centre.
 
The registration will be launched very shortly so please check the ICA website.
 
Venue
The Conference will be held in The Square, Brussels.  It is located in the heart of Brussels on the Mont des Arts close to both the General Archives of Belgium and the Royal Library.

Programme
The conference, with the theme of “Accountability, Transparency and Access to Information”, will open with four keynote speakers including the Belgian Information Commissioner, the Head of Communication and Transparency at the Council of the European Union, and two leading figures in the international records management field.
 
The Annual Conference, to which all ICA members are invited, is also the time for other ICA governance bodies to meet by invitation, in particular the Forum of the National Archivists (FAN), the ICA Executive Board and the ICA Programme Commission (PCOM).

Please note that you will need to enter your ICA ID number and the invitation code invICA2013 as given in reference on this invitation.

Hotel
Special preferential rates have been negotiated for ICA Annual Conference attendees with several hotels in Brussels. The accommodation selection is available and can be booked during the registration process.
 
Visa
Please contact the nearest embassy or consulate or the Belgian consular representative to check if you need a visa and the conditions to apply. Indicate when registering if you need an official letter of invitation.

This annual event is a unique opportunity to share information and to make professional contacts in ICA’s global network.  It is the first ever Annual Conference that is open to all and represents a new ICA determined to be much more inclusive than in the past. Come to Brussels in November and participate in this historically important event, which will consider topical themes of direct relevance to the profession today.
